During a low-scoring contest on Sunday, the Denver Broncos clinched a 13-11 win over the winless New York Jets. Signal-caller Bo Nix threw an early touchdown pass and specialist Wil Lutz kicked the late decisive three-pointer to seal the ugly win.

Dominant Performance Wins Game

Despite registering nine sacks against Jets quarterback Justin Fields, the Broncos were behind 11-10 following conceding a two-point play in the second half. Interestingly, the Jets could only produce a mere 82 offensive yards during the contest.

The Denver quarterback, who went 19 of 30 passes for 174 yards, engineered a critical 12-play, 65-yard drive that culminated in Lutz's 27-yard field goal with approximately five minutes left.

Historic Difficulties for Jets Offense

Despite their horrendous performance, the Jets maintained possession with a opportunity to score a possible winning score. But Fields was tackled on fourth-and-eight from the Denver 44 after coach Aaron Glenn chose to attempt the conversion rather than sending out kicker Nick Folk for a long field-goal attempt.

The Jets quarterback struggled throughout, completing just 9 of 17 attempts for 45 yards. The Jets ended up with negative ten net yards passing, the lowest in any contest since 1998.
