This incident resulted in the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was among the injured during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Police arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not considered terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
